# Delete User Account

Administrators can remove a user’s access to the Incident Tracker platform by deleting their account. This action is intended for deactivating users who no longer require access to the system.

***

## How to Delete a User

1. Navigate to **Admin > Delete User Account**.
2. Use the **dropdown menu** to select the user you wish to remove.
3. Click **Delete** to confirm the action.

{% hint style="warning" %}
Deleting a user:

* Does **not** delete any reports or actions associated with the user.
* Simply removes the user’s access to both the **web platform** and **mobile app**.
  {% endhint %}

## Important Considerations

{% hint style="danger" %}
If the user is involved in any **automated workflows**, deleting the account will cause those workflows to become disabled.\
Review and reassign any automated responsibilities before deletion if necessary.
{% endhint %}
